The Knights have moved to quash speculation Dane Gagai will follow Wayne Bennett to Brisbane. Good news for the Knights ahead of the clash with the Warriors with Jarrod Mullen coming through training unscathed. The five-eighth has missed two games because of an abdominal injury. “Come through the session well, probably felt the same this time last week leading into this session and didn’t pull up well so the extra week has given it the opportunity to heal which is good.” Willie Mason missed the session because of illness, amidst speculation he’s been told he’s not part of Rick Stone’s plans for next season. Injured Knight’s forward, Alex McKinnon has given a video-update of his progress since suffering a spinal injury over a month ago. Alex said “it’s been a pretty tough month” but he now has more movement in his arms and sensations in his legs. He went on to say he’s been overwhelmed by the support from the public and wants to remain focused on his rehabilitation at a Sydney hospital, where he expects to be for another two months.
