FUTURE STARS HONE SOCCER SKILLS

More than 30 of the mid north coast’s best young soccer players are getting some intensive training this school holidays. Aged from five to 17, the stars of the future were put through their paces by the Australian Youth Football Institute. The focus on individual skills and technique in a no pressure environment as explained by AYFI Director George Lazarou: “I would say they would come out of here after twelve hours of work a little bit more wiser using skills and how to use them.” The skills school is open to boys and girls and moves to Lennox Head tomorrow.
