TWO KILLED IN HORROR MOTORCYCLE CRASH

Two people have been killed, in a horror crash at Buccan, near Beenleigh just after nine this morning.

A motorbike rider and his passenger, both in their 50s, were flung 15 metres from their motorcycle after hitting a car at high speed.

It’s believed they were overtaking a vehicle, when they crossed double white lines and smashed into a car emerging from a driveway.

“Queensland Ambulance Service arrived with a number of paramedics and worked tirelessly with QAS and passerbys trying to revive and giving CPR to the two victims, and unfortunately they were unable to revive them”

The 75 year old disabled pensioner who’d been driving the car is recovering in hospital.
